We do our utmost to ship your order as soon as possible, often the same working day and otherwise the working day there. After we have packed your order, you will receive a track and trace message from us with which you can track the order. Our orders are shipped via PostNL.
If you have any questions about the delivery of your order, always state the order number.
Due to the pressure of the corona crisis, it may be that the delivery of your package via PostNL is delayed, so keep an eye on the track and trace. We apologize for the inconvenience.

RETURNS
It may be that your ordered products do not meet your expectations or wishes. You can then use the right of withdrawal. You have 14 days to register your product (s) for return. After this notification you have another 14 days to actually return the product.
Do you want to return the product? Fill in the form within 14 days and mail it to [email protected] You can also register your return via Whatsapp. When you have sent your return on time and we have received it in good order, we will refund the amount paid to your account within 2 weeks. For returns, the items must be unused, unopened and (if applicable) in the original packaging. We cannot take back products that have already been used.
